The horror! What is the world coming to?!
I've been incredibly upset for the past 2 days about this. It seems like Disney is slowly taking over the world! I mean, shit! They bought Marvel!
Marvel and Disney simply don't belong together. Disney is about cute things and signing teens. Marvel is about hardcore action, violence, and sex. There are a lot of characters that don't stand for the Disney way at all. Like Wolverine and Deadpool. The cuss every 3 seconds and chops a body part off every 5. They have lots of sex in the comics. They lie a lot. Wolverine even covets Cyclops' wife, Jean. So, no more claw finger? Boo. No more shirtless-ness? Boo. No more tight spandex and hot leather suits? Boo. Not cool.
They're already re-casting Fantastic 4. What else are they gonna mess with? Imagine...
...it's a new X-men movie. Everyone's excited. But...what's this! What happened to the cast?! Joe Jonas is playing Logan because he's the hairiest Jonas Brother and because he always irons his hair. Nick is playing Scott for Niley publicity. Kevin is playing Bobby because he has to be in the movie too...and who is Jean Grey? Well none other that Miley Cyrus!
Okay, ew. Gross, right? Although, now that I've thought about it, it could also go like this:
Jean Grey will be played by Demi Lovato, Kitty Pryde will be played by Selena Gomez, and Rouge will be played by Miley Cyrus because they're both Southern. Logan and Scott will still be played by Joe and Nick, while Kurt Wagner will be played by Kevin 'cause he's "the funny one". They will all be back in high school, trying to balance school work with being heroes. But there's more! They all also have the secret desire to sing!
Big cafeteria singing moment at the end. Oh, and they also all pair up with someone.
It will be a disaster.
What do you guys think about the whole ordeal?

I like to play hopeful about this and say that Disney has made a non-kiddy movie before: Pirates of the Carribean. There's still hope for our hairy and cussy little heroes.

Oh, come on. Even POTC is not as hardcore as it should be. It's a pirate movie, but did you see any blood? If you pay attention, you don't actually see blood in the movie. There was no sex. Elizabeth and Will kissed and POOF! Baby!
In Marvel movies, there's blood everywhere! Ligaments flying! Bones cracking! And you get the magic happen in Marvel movies...well, mostly the beginning of magic. You get to see the foreplay. In 300, you got to see the characters have sex. Uncensored breasts in 300 too, remember? Do you think Disney will show uncensored breasts? Of course not.
