Ok, everyone knows the story of Romeo and Juliet...I mean, who doesn't???
But I don't think a lot of people have actually read the book...
I watched the movie...the script was the entire book. Old English and all! ;D (Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Claire Danes, and John Lenguizamo)
The story's romantic...but quite odd as well O.O
Not because of the Old English XD
But...did you guys know Mercutio (Romeo's best friend) is gay??XD
And Lady Capulet (Juliet's mom) frenches her nephew??XD
And...Claire Danes is pretty cute...but her facial expressions looked quite retarted in some parts of the movie XD
Opinions? ;D

But it's like the same thing. Both are love story. Before I thought Romeo and Juliet was Florante at Laura. They just translated it on Filipino.  |

It's not I've read Florante at Laura...the story's completely different. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy. Florante at Laura isn't The whole story is TOTALLY different XD Tofiluk: You should see the movie  the one directed by Baz Lurhman...it's the book...on a screen O.O It's kewl!XD |

My seatmate last year brought a big book filled with scripts and old novels and ... literature things. The biggest part of it was Romeo and Juliet, it probably took up half of the book or more. She read it and lend it to me...but it was so damn long...  I knew about Mercutio being gay but....Juliet's mom frenching her nephew!? wth... interesting. Romiete and Juli-yo. XD |
