This is my 1,000th post and there's no way it's going to contain something like, "LOL I AGREE".
The Crypt of the Gods wasn't always a place ruled by an Ass Slayer, a Devil, a Lady, and a... Moon. Blessed Devil wasn't always this friendly. And the site wasn't always hosted by Proboards. The URL of the Crypt used to be like, getsmf.com/something/something/really/long/url
Besides that, the Crypt of the Gods used to have so much drama, so much passion, so much tension, and so much love.
It all started when a guy named Anson (or so we thought) invited BD, Maxienne, Heleina, and Danica to the forum. Then Heleina invited Joanne, Pristine, and Jeanelle. Danica invited AJ and some other people, and Maxienne invited.. well.. a bunch of other people we don't see today. Oh, and BD invited Crescent Moon and... Adrian (dun dun dun!).
Anson made it to be a poetry forum, but fortunately, we ruined his plan. BD was promoted to admin probably because Anson was too lazy to create boards and board descriptions and stuff. At that time, Maxienne was sort of a heartthrob in the Crypt, as BD, Adrian, and Anson ALL liked her. She was so kind and so gentle and so angelic. XD But then we considered that the ultimate love triangle was: BD and Anson like Maxienne. Adrian's opinion doesn't matter because he was dumb as shit.
So.. lots of things happened. Danica and BD almost consistently got angry with each other. Jeanelle had a crush on BD. Anson turned out to be a girl who has a really cool name (Razieli) and she actually liked BD. But BD and Maxienne liked each other and BD only sort of thought Razieli was cute (The Maxienne x BD love team was cute, almost like, Angel x Devil). Razieli taught AJ.. stuff. Adrian did some dumb shit. BD was really mean to Adrian. Danica and AJ defended Adrian from BD the bully. Pristine and Joanne became BD's minions. BD actually practiced FAVORITISM!! (OH GOD THAT'S SO HORRIBLE!!) Razieli became inactive (which caused lots of sadness). Lots of other things happened and I would gladly accept any help remembering some of the things that happened so I can put it in this post.
Then, one unfortunate day, we couldn't enter the forum. Razieli was still inactive. She was the administrator, the creator of the Crypt, and we couldn't ask her what was wrong with the site. After a long time of waiting, though, we figured that the forum was deleted and Razieli was forever gone. Aww..
One day, Crescent Moon and Blessed Devil kind of missed the Crypt. So they decided that they'd make a NEW forum! This new forum was going to have a different theme than the crypt. The Crypt was so dark and broody and we thought we'd have a more.. lighter theme. So they named the forum "Valley of Angels". It looked oh so holy and it was designed by Crescent Moon's girlfriend (now ex-girlfriend). The site is still available here: Valley of Angels (the threads have all been erased and I even announced that the site was dead)
In this forum, BD took on a whole different image. He dubbed himself "Seraph Lamington" and he was so kind and gentle and angelic. The rulers of the Valley were Seraph Lamington (BD), Crescent Moon, and the Living Doll (Crescent Moon's now ex-girlfriend). The funny thing is, when Blessed Devil changed into Seraph Lamington, Maxienne changed into Insanity. The two had a role-reversal and they didn't even talk about it. Sort of like, the Yin becoming the Yang and vice versa.
Other than that, though, nothing interesting happened in the Valley of Angels. It sucked horribly and it died early.
Then one day, Crescent Moon and BD missed the Valley of Angels again. So they decided, "Let's remake the Crypt of the Gods!"
And Crescent Moon told this to AJ, and then she created the new Crypt of the Gods. New faces appeared to the scene: Purplicious, mojako, and Chosen of Chaos. Other new faces appeared, too, but those three are the only ones who are active until today.
The new Crypt brought, of course, new happenings. Blessed Devil and AJ the Ass Slayer were the first love team here. Mojako's love team was Bluechaos, but she isn't active anymore. Chosen of Chaos Chaos and Lady Chuu, however, were the best.
The new Crypt didn't die as early as the Valley of Angels, and it only sort of "died" for valid reasons:
Blessed Devil was busy, Crescent Moon became addicted to Ragnarok and didn't post, AJ the Ass Slayer's computer was broken, and no one was replying to chuna's posts.
So one day, Nico, Jeanelle's lover, noticed that the forum was dying and he and Jeanelle decided that they would try to revive it. They even brought a new member along: Useless Being. Blessed Devil, seeing their valiant attempts at reviving the dying forum, decided to join them. Chuna, seeing people reply at her posts, decided to post again. AJ's computer was fixed. Blessed Devil convinced Crescent Moon to post again. Slowly, the forum became active again.
One day, Martin announced that he and Jeanelle were in a relationship. This brought up quite an uproar amongst the crypt, because they were so far away from each other and Martin is like, 4 or 5 years older than Jeanelle. The uproar was very silent though, because no one wanted to anger Jeanelle or Martin. But Blessed Devil was brave enough to post about what he truly thought of their relationship, and others were inspired to follow in pursuit. After an explanation from Jeanelle, though, everyone was forced to just accept their relationship.
After a while, the crypt was sort of dying again. People ran out of things to post, I guess. And then, AJ invited a friend of hers. Her name is Deni, but she is more known as Lip Gloss. She was most definitely the best fresh meat of the Crypt, as in two days she attained 100 posts. Everyone loved her already.
So what's next for the Crypt? I don't know. But never have I experienced so much drama over the internet as I did in the Crypt. You guys deserve a clap. I love you guys. *sniff* *sniff*
