Well, first of all, you need Photoshop.. XD CS2 recommended.. XD
Then you need a Wacom Tablet.. Cheapest is at P4,800 XD
When you have both, just open a new file in photoshop and DRAW.. XD

Yep, it's expensive...I bought mine in the states for Christmas, and it cost me $99.99, but it already included a free wireless mouse, USB cable, Photoshop Essentials 5, Corel Painter installers and...and it comes in a pretty box. ;___;
It's worth it though--now I only need tablet and compy to draw pictures. <333 *huggles tablet*

I'm gonna get myself a tablet soon enough. Dx
I can draw with the mouse though. It's hard. o.o And I use PHOTOPAINT. xDD
