A letter I wrote that fateful day..

Dear Atheism,

It is unfortunate to see that the two of us must drift apart. I am deeply saddened by the fact that our relationship is considered taboo in the eyes of the people that surround me. People here just don't have the acceptance and open-mindedness that we have expected. Part of the reason why I expected to be accepted by everyone is because of the crypt. But I was wrong to expect that the people of the crypt is like everyone around us. It is not the case. We were shunned, ignored, threatened, and abused. Even my mother doesn't support us. She even used my love for Danilyn against us, which pains me a lot.

Now that we must go apart, I am glad to say that being with you was most rewarding for me, even if it was for only a brief period of time. I am glad that we gave it our best shot, and I am glad that we have made a difference. We made people think. We made them question. We made them think about things from a different perspective. That is something not just any man and his beliefs can do.

These might be my final words to you. Know that you will always have a special place in my heart.

BD, no matter what your belief is, I'll support you. I just hope you don't get pressured into changing your views because people around you don't approve. I mean, I don't even go to church, but my mother doesn't force feed me with Jesus. Your mom and Danilyn shouldn't try to push religion on to you because in the end, you will never have faith if it is only forced upon you.
