I agree with Joanne and Jee.
She's a Disney star. It's her JOB to be decent. So many little girls look up to her. They're going to think that being a ho is cool.
Oh, and Martin, she didn't JUST pose in a wet t-shirt. She posed in a WHITE wet t-shirt while she was completely naked underneath. It's completely see-through. She's practically naked. It's not just that. Even her facial expression is provocative. When taking these pictures, she intended to look skanky. She needs to be more professional.
