Take my diet.. Oatmeal with no sugar nor milk + banana + water for breakfast Steamed vegetables + 2 slices of bread + calamansi juice for lunch Pasta (no sauce) + chicken breast (white meat, no gravy) + calamansi juice for dinner Yep.. That's called the CRASH DIET.. Use it wisely, padawan..

People underestimate the power of WATER. When you feel like you're hungry, you should first drink water because I read somewhere that when you feel hungry, you're just usually thirsty. Also, avoid sweets (yeah, no fun, BOO) but if you really MUST, then limit your intake to a bite, MAX. A nibble is best. Fruits are the safest bet if you want a sugar rush, or what not. Apples have fiber that makes you feel full fast. I also eat apples when I need to stay up late, because it's better than coffee. Also, maybe you can space out your meals. Instead of eating three big meals a day try FIVE small meals spaced out during the day. I used to do this thing where I jotted down everything I ate. When I feel like eating, I look at the list first and then I realize, "Oh, I just ate this and that pala. I'm not that hungry." So yeah, hope I helped.

Diets aren't supposed to be fun. xD You DON'T have to deprive yourself, that will just lead to binge-eating and when you get off your diet, you'll eat like a normal person and gain back the poundage + extra. You should...eat smaller portions stretched out. Like...5 little meals. and water water water! Don't trust iced tea and fruit juices...for the first few weeks. nwn And no junk! xD After 3 weeks of not eating junk food, when I tried it a few hours back, it didn't seem that tasty no mores. xD And exercise~ walk, jump around...run around, do whatever it takes to keep you moving!
