The thread seems a bit too general, but what the heck...
It's a terrible inconvenience if you already came, and your partner hasn't yet. You'd feel extremely tired but you HAVE to go on for the pleasure of your partner. Nevertheless, it's only a small inconvenience considering that the pleasure you get more than makes up for it.
